Our Story
Founded in 1989, Essential Offices was intentionally created for professionals as a place that offered the atmosphere, culture, and community that was lacking in other flexible workspaces.
As a young woman working in accounting in the 1980s, Beth DeGraffenreid enjoyed the professional atmosphere of her company’s office but was acutely aware that the office culture and environment lacked diversity, individuality, and autonomy.
Rather than waiting on the status quo to change, Beth set out to do something about it—to create a professional environment in which she and others could thrive—and the rest is history.
For more than three decades, Essential Offices has been offering flexible, high-touch, service-driven workspaces that put your personal and professional interests first.
