Not when you look at all the amenities included in your Essential Offices contract! Space, plus furniture, internet, kitchen, and meeting rooms; and all in a short-term flexible contract. When you do the math on long-term contracts for all of that plus buildout and furniture, Essential Offices become a cost-effective alternative. When the receptionist is factored in, it’s an even better equation! Someone to take care of things while you’re out and manage the office so you can concentrate on your work, but not on your payroll.

Are private offices available?

At Essential Offices, we offer fully enclosed private offices designed for focus, professionalism, and growth. Enjoy the privacy of your own dedicated workspace built for individuals or teams while still benefiting from the energy and connection of a coworking community.

What is the contract term for a private office?

Private office contracts can be month-to-month, six-month or twelve-month terms.

What is required for a private office membership?

We require first and last month’s membership fees plus a one-time set-up fee of $195. Contracts can be sent for e-signature and payments are made online through a customer portal.

Will someone be there to greet my clients?

Our reception desk is staffed continuously throughout the business day. A friendly, knowledgeable receptionist is available to greet your guests, notify you when they arrive, sign for packages, process your mail and more!
