As a young woman working in accounting in the 1980s, Beth DeGraffenreid enjoyed the professional atmosphere of her company’s office but was acutely aware that the office culture and environment lacked diversity, individuality, and autonomy.
Rather than waiting on the status quo to change, Beth set out to do something about it—to create a professional environment in which she and others could thrive—and the rest is history.
