Not when you look at all the amenities included in your Essential Offices contract! Space plus furniture, internet, kitchen, and meeting rooms; and all in a short-term flexible contract. When you do the math on long-term contracts for all of that plus buildout and furniture, Essential Offices become a cost-effective alternative. When the receptionist is factored in, it’s an even better equation! Someone to take care of things while you’re out and manage the office so you can concentrate on your work, but not on your payroll.
What is the contract term for a private office?
Private office contracts can be month-to-month, six-month or twelve-month terms.
What is required for a private office membership?
We require payment for first and last month along with a one-time set up fee of $195 for private office memberships.
Are administrative services available with a private office?
Yes! We can do mailings, update your CRM, create PowerPoint or Canva presentations, schedule appointments, copy, scan, and whatever you need help with. You only pay for what you use.
Is there an additional cost for the Reception Service?
Our reception desk is staffed continuously throughout the business day. A friendly, knowledgeable receptionist is available to greet your guests, notify you when they arrive, sign for packages, and more! Reception service is included in all memberships. Live telephone answering can be added to any membership.
What are the main features of Live Telephone Answering Services?
We answer using your company name, transfer to your office or cell phone, announce the name of the caller, and you decide whether to take the call or have us get a message to you. Voice mail to e-mail service is also included so you’ll never miss a thing. The main benefit to live telephone answering is that it’s tailored just to you. Our employee answers your phone each time it rings. Give us your instructions, change them if you like.
Can I give specific instructions to the receptionist on how I want my phones answered?
Yes! We are happy to get your specifications on how you would like your phone answered and calls routed. We strive to represent your business in the way you want it to be portrayed.
How do voice services work after hours?
Most calls are routed to a cell phone after hours but can also go to voice mail with each message delivered to your e-mail in a .wav file.
How soon can my number be set up?
Voice services are normally set up within 72 hours.
Can I keep my number? Do you provide phone numbers?
You can keep your number. If you would like a new local number, we can provide it.
How soon can my new address be set up?
Address services are set up in one or two business days.
What is coworking?
Coworking is where professionalism and community converge. Our flex desks and dedicated desks form a shared space where you have all the amenities of an office, but not the overhead!
Why should I choose coworking over working in a coffee shop or public library?
Unlike working in open public spaces, you have access to all our workspace amenities, copy/scan equipment and, private meeting space to run your business with a professional presence.
What is a flex desk?
When you book a flex desk, you can choose to work from any open desk in our coworking area.
What is the contract term for a flex desk?
The contract term for a flex desk can be daily or monthly.
What is a dedicated desk?
A dedicated desk a desk just for you. You will have a desk in our coworking area but unlike the flex desk, others will not have access to your workstation. You will also have a mobile pedestal filing cabinet to store all of your work items, secure ethernet internet and 24/7 access.
What is the contract term for a dedicated desk?
The contract term for a dedicated desk can is six months.
Is a Day Pass right for me?
A Day Pass may be right for you if:
- You need a workspace space for the day.
- Are exploring to see if coworking is the right fit for your business needs.
- You are in from out of town and need access to all the amenities of an office.
- You’re tired of working at coffee shops and libraries and are looking for a more professional space!
- The possibilities are endless! A Day Pass is for anyone and everyone.
Is membership required to book a meeting room?
Membership is not required to book our meetings rooms. But after you have experienced all, we have to offer you may change your mind! The only thing required to book a meeting room is a credit/debit card.
How do I schedule a meeting room?
For first time users you can book and pay through our website. You can also call our receptionist and they can let you know the availability of the room you would like and set up your booking. Members can book online through the member portal.
How far in advance do I need to book a meeting room?
It is subject to availability, but you can book a meeting room at any time. Whether that be for the same day you need it, or three months in advance. Our online books or our receptionist can help with any booking needs.
Can I book a meeting room for one-time use?
Of course! All our conference rooms and day offices are available for use without membership. You can book and pay online or call us and we can set it up for you.
Can I book a meeting room hourly or daily?
Both! Our meeting rooms are available hourly or daily. Choose what works for you.
