What’s in an address?
If you have a home-based business in Oklahoma, or if you own a business looking to register with the Oklahoma Secretary of State – one thing’s for certain.
You’re going to need a physical business address.
In order to build your brand, and stay compliant with Oklahoma’s requirement to register your business with a physical, permanent address, you need a physical address. You don’t want to use your home address, which is a valid issue, and PO Boxes don’t provide a physical address. However, if you’re not ready to rent an office or purchase commercial property, what do you do?
It’s simple – you work with local professional business centers, like PC Executive Services, to create a virtual office with a physical location and customized suite number.
Virtual office service companies vary in their level of expertise and service, but at PC Executive Services, you easily create a business address at one of our three Oklahoma locations. First, you pick out with location is going to best serve your business. Some choose the location based on the aesthetic and use mail forwarding services send mail directly to their home or PO Box. Your home or main client base might be in north Edmond, which would put Mon Abri Business Center at the top of your list. If you need a downtown Oklahoma City location, the Union Plaza Business Center on Northwest Expressway is a perfect choice. Or, if you’d like to stop by the business center, Timberbrooke Business Center off of 15th and Western in Edmond is a great local option.
With our mailing address membership for virtual offices, you receive free and automatic mail and package delivery notifications. That way, if you have new business cards sent to your business center (or confidential documentation) a quick email or text will be send to notify you. We can hold mail while you work remotely, or if needed, we can create a mail forwarding system to help you access the information you need immediately.
We also keep a very detailed CMRA and USPS data network for each business center, so you know your address will be properly documented if any auditing occurs.
At each business center, we also have conference rooms and meeting spaces set up like a permanent office (we call them day offices) so that you can meet clients at your business address location. Meeting hours can be purchased a la carte or you prepay for hours at a discount if you know you’ll have regular client meetings.
